Wire Haiku

forest fires
pierce the dawning fog —
dragon's breath

I like the idea of mixing colours in a haiku as if they’re paints on a palette. Furious streaks of bright-red flame bleeding into the whispy-grey fog; as if competing for the same space on the canvas.
